Mlokhia is high in iron and fiber. Used as a savory dish, made by sautéing onions and garlic until brown. Add chicken and let cook, then add Mlokhia and simmer for 20 minutes. Add lemon juice and salt or sumac and pepper. Serve with rice on the side.
